The Team

Peter Kofteros

Company Director

 

Peter is a Registered Building Practitioner and a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA).

As the founder of Newpeaks Developments Pty Ltd, Peter has a trade background specialising in Carpentry with over 20 years experience.

He has worked on a vast range of building projects in Melbourne’s residential, commercial and high-rise apartment projects. With a wealth of knowledge gained over the last 20 plus years in the construction industry, Peter’s projects have varied from unit developments, new homes, concrete form and architectural alterations and renovations.

We have a hand selected trade list to ensure all our work is delivered to the highest standards every time.

As the director, Peter takes great time and care in delivering all projects on time with quality workmanship to the highest standard, along with reliable and trustworthy management and supervision.
